The 2012 USPHS Scientific and Training Symposium will be held June 19-21 at the University of Maryland, College Park, in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.  The theme for the conference is "Prevention Strategies for a Healthy Nation: Building on the Basics of Public Health."

Uniform of the Day Announced

The following uniforms are prescribed for PHS Commissioned Corps officers attending the 2012 USPHS Scientific and Training Symposium at the University of Maryland, College Park from June 19 to 21. Working uniform (Summer White, Service Khaki, Service Dress Blue) are the prescribed uniform of the day for Symposium attendees. The uniform for the Anchor & Caduceus Dinner on Tuesday evening, June 19, is Service Dress Blue.
