The following information and documents are for those Exhibitors that have already registered for the 2012 USPHS Scientific and Training Symposium.

Exhibitor Information

If you have not provided or need to update your company description or booth personnel please login to your online registration to submit the information. The description of your company that you provide should be what you would like to go into the program.

You will need the Contact Name and Email provided at the time of registration, and your Confirmation Number in order to login to your registration. Additional Personnel 

Your exhibitor package includes complimentary exhibit hall only passes for two exhibit personnel. You may have up to two additional booth personnel attend the conference for a cost of $300 each. To add this to your registration please login to your online registraiton and add them on the booth selection page.
