The 2011 event will be the 46th Annual Meeting of the nation’s top federal public health providers and administrators. Commissioned Officers Association (COA) of the U.S. Public Health Service:

COA is a private, professional association, which represents more than 7,000 active duty, reserve and retired commissioned officers of the U.S. Public Health Service. COA’s membership includes pharmacists, physicians, dentists, nurses, therapists, social workers, researchers, engineers, environmental health officers and other health care professionals. COA’s members serve in direct care and leadership positions at a wide variety of federal agencies.
