What meals are included in the registration fee?
The Meet and Greet reception on Monday evening, breakfast and lunch on Tuesday, breakfast and lunch on Wednesday, and breakfast and lunch on Thursday.
Where can I make travel arrangements to and from the conference?
Travel arrangements are the responsibility of the attendee.
How many Continuing Education credits are available for my category?
The amount of CE credits has not been determined yet.
What is the uniform for the Symposium?
The Acting Surgeon General, in his capacity as the National Uniform Authority for the PHS Commissioned Corps has prescribed the following uniforms for PHS Commissioned Corps officers attending the 2008 PHS Scientific and Training Symposium in Tucson from 8 through 12 June. Service Khaki is the prescribed uniform of the day for Symposium attendees. The uniform for the closing dinner is Dinner Dress White Jacket (0-5 and above). Service Dress Blue with miniature medals is an appropriate alternative for the closing dinner for 0-4 and below.
Uniformed officers from the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines or Coast Guard are to wear their equivalent uniforms.

What are the hours for the exhibit hall?
Set up for the exhibit hall will be on Tuesday, June 10 from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The exhibit hall hours will be Wednesday, June 11th from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:45 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. On Thursday, June 12th the hours will be from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

How many people can I have at my booth?
We will distribute exhibit hall passes for up to four booth personnel.
How many people are expected to attend this conference?
More than 1,000 public health providers and administrators from the Office of Public Health Emergency Preparedness, the Bureau of Prisons, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the National Disaster Medical System, the Health Resources and Services Administration, The Indian Health Service, the National Institutes of Health, The U.S. Food and Drug Administration and other federal, state and local health care agencies are expected to attend the conference.
Will the conference planners take responsibility for any prizes that I want to distribute?

What is included in the price of the booth?
All booths include 8” back wall drapes, 3” side rail drape, draped table, two chairs, signage, and exhibit hall passes for up to four booth personnel.
