Speaker RegistrationIf you are an invited speaker, category day speaker, or an approved concurrent session presenter, or Late Breaker presenter, please register at the discounted speaker rate online. Discounted rates are only available for pre-registration. PLEASE NOTE: The database will be checked weekly to verify that those registered at the speaker rate are speaking at this event. If you register at the speaker rate and are not a speaker we will automatically change your registration fee to the Non-Member rate. No refunds will be granted. Scholarship InformationJunior Officer/Civil Servant ScholarshipsIf you are interested in a Junior Officer/Civil Servant Scholarship please review the guidelines below and then complete and submit the application via email to info@phscofevents.or fax to 410-544-6395. All applications will be reviewed and recipients notified within one week of applying. Individuals who submit a paid registration will be ineligible for a scholarship. The Junior Officer Scholarships are funded and approved by the PHS Commissioned Officers Foundation. The grants are not connected to, reviewed by or approved by the Junior Officers Advisory Group. Questions may be directed to info@phscofevents.org Junior Officer/Civil Servant Scholarship Guidelines Junior Officer/Civil Servant Scholarship Application Student ScholarshipsYou may apply for a Student Scholarship by registering online at the Student rate. The guidelines for student eligibility are below. All applications are subject to final review and approval by the Symposium organizers. However, applicants should assume they have been approved unless they are contacted and told otherwise. An individual will be deemed ineligible for the scholarship if he or she pays by either credit card or check to attend the symposium. No refunds will be made.
