Surgeon General's 5K Run/Walk
The 2008 Surgeon General's 5K Run/ Walk will be held at 6:30 AM on Wednesday, June 11.The start point will be adjacent to the Tucson Convention Center.. Learn more.
Annual Physical Fitness Test (APFT)
The Annual Physical Fitness Test (APFT) again will be offered in conjunction with the Run/Walk beginning at 5:30 AM at the same location. Please bring a towel. To save time please visit http://dcp.psc.gov/PDF_docs/PHS-7044.pdf and take a moment to download and bring with you the APFT form. This form should be printed out by each officer interested in completing the APFT.Directions for form completion as follows:
Section I: Completed by the officer participating in the APFT
Section II: Completed by the officer's fellow officer (witness)
Section III: Ccompleted by the officer's fellow officer (witness)
Submit completed form (with original signatures) to:
